VISION COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Project was under the direction of Vision Commercial Real Estate. Client needed a brand new logo for a start-up company. I wanted to capture the concepts of both vision and real estate in one, simple logo mark. Therefore, as you can see, the overall mark bears an abstract likeness to an eye, illustrating vision, and the keyhole was placed in the center to represent property or real estate. The type is Tungsten, which has a very strong and sturdy look to it, befitting to the company as well as to the expectations of a client seeking a new home, corporate building, et al.

The second image displays a brushed metal look in the logo, as per the client, to help dress up business cards, signs and brochures.
