BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

Project was under the direction of Generals International. A birthday party was arranged and hosted by the organization for its President, Cindy Jacobs. Instead of a traditional “Happy Birthday” approach in verbiage and design, I decided to create a sort of identity for her and the event that was catchy and easily usable for future birthdays – “Celebrate CJ59″, with the back revealing the purpose and nature of the occasion. The format and attendance for Cindy’s birthday hardly varies from year to year. It is annually coordinated by the organization and is a house party with 50+ in attendance. The consistency of the celebration from year to year was a major factor in my decision to “brand” it and create a unique identity for her and the recurring bash.
